How To Use Dry Shampoo

Growing up, the must have product was glitter hairspray. These days are far more practical and now I swear by dry shampoo! My favorite one is the IGK First Class because it's for really dirty hair.  Using dry shampoo can be a great way to prolong your hairstyle so you don't have to heat style as much.Using dry shampoo can seem pretty straight forward but I've noticed some of my clients still seem a little intimidated by spraying a product right onto their roots. We've been trained not to apply product to the scalp, but that's where the oil comes from so in this case, it's important.Start with dirty hair. Seems easy enough.Shake your dry shampoo and spray it directly onto your roots paying close attention to the places that get oily faster. For me its at the crown of my head and my temples.Flip your hair upside down and rub your scalp until all the powder is absorbed.Refresh your style as needed. Simple enough!
